Mortgage Quality Control Auditor

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mortgage Quality Control Auditor - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities

Review and re-underwrite loan files for compliance with underwriting and closing guidelines
Identify deficiencies in loan files and communicate with Branch personnel for remediation
Conduct thorough appraisal reviews and ensure adherence to applicable guidelines and policies

Required Qualifications and Experience

3-5 years of Mortgage Quality Control experience
Knowledge of Internal Audit procedures, Regulations, and Underwriting
Ability to review and calculate income specific to loan program requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
High level of integrity and confidentiality required
