Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of FP&A/Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the company's financial
strategy, including budgeting and forecasting
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
reports, highlighting key performance metrics
Provide actionable financial insights to drive business growth and
optimize resource allocation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related
field; MBA is a plus
7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis,
preferably in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
Proven experience in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial
reporting processes
Strong knowledge of financial modeling and cash flow management
Advanced proficiency with financial software/tools and BI tools
