one seamless, connected experience! Position Overview: The Senior
Accounting Analyst will support financial reporting and analysis,
ensuring accurate financial records, and compliance with company
policies, accounting standards, and regulations. This position
requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, as well as
advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide
insights to management for informed decision-making.Key
Responsibilities:Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting
principles (GAAP/IFRS).Review account reconciliations and ensure
accuracy of financial data, identifying discrepancies and
recommending solutions.Analyze financial data to identify trends,
variances, and operational issues, providing actionable
recommendations to management.Support month-end and year-end
closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met and all entries are
recorded.Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial
reporting standards, assisting in the development and improvement
of processes and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(Finance, Operations, Tax, etc.) to resolve accounting issues and
implement process improvements.Prepare supporting schedules and
documentation for audits, ensuring timely completion of audits.Lead
and mentor junior accounting staff, providing training and guidance
on accounting processes and systems.Assist in the preparation of
financial reports for stakeholders, including management,
investors, and regulatory bodies.Support ad-hoc financial analysis
and special projects as required.Occasional overtime during busy
periods (quarter-end/year-end). Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent is a
plus).Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial
analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory
role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial
regulations, and best practices.Proficient in accounting software
and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP,
etc.).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational
skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in
a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills, both
written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is
preferred.Preferred Skills:Master's degree in Accounting or
Finance.CPA or CMA certification.Experience with financial systems
implementationKnowledge of tax regulations and compliance.Workplace
