Job Description: The client is seeking an SAP S/4 HANA Business Process Consultant for Raleigh, NC location.

This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing either Order Management OR Customer Master Data, OR Finance & Reporting processes within SAP S/4 Hana depending on candidate's expertise.
The role requires deep business process knowledge, SAP S/4 HANA expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to train and support end users. The candidate will work closely with the respective teams of Marketing & Sales, Master Data Governance, and Finance teams to ensure seamless process execution, data integrity, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:
General Business Process Optimization & Training Lead cross-functional business process improvement initiatives across Sales, Customer Data, and Finance.
Train and mentor end users, ensuring SAP adoption and knowledge transfer.
Build a network of subject matter experts and establish the best practices.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to test and implement process enhancements.


Position 1: SAP S/4 HANA Business Process Consultant (Order Management & Sales Operations) Support order processing stabilization by helping users navigate SAP S/4 Hana and Local front-end applications.
Document, update, and optimize order-to-cash workflows to align with SAP best practices.
Develop auditing methods to ensure order processing compliance and accuracy.
Troubleshoot complex order fulfillment issues, drive resolution, and prevent reoccurrence.
Lead testing new order management features and ensure business readiness.

Position 2: SAP S/4 HANA Business Process Consultant (Customer Master Data Management) Establish and maintain data governance policies for Customer Master Data in SAP.
Ensure accuracy of customer setup, order output conditions, invoices, and account details.
Work with global teams to stabilize and standardize customer data management processes.
Define and implement auditing strategies for data integrity and compliance.

Position 3: SAP S/4 HANA Business Process Consultant (Finance & Reporting). Assist finance teams in using SAP S/4 Hana and global finance tools effectively.
Document and refining financial reporting workflows, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
Analyze financial reporting needs and drive country-specific reporting automation.
Serve as a bridge between Finance, IT, and Business Units for SAP financial enhancements.

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in business process management, ERP systems (SAP S/4 Hana), and enterprise operations.
Strong expertise in order-to-cash, customer master data, and financial reporting workflows.
Experience with process mapping, value stream mapping, and lean manufacturing concepts.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to travel 30-40% (domestically or internationally).
Proven ability to build relationships, train users, and drive business transformation.


Skills: SAP S/4 Hana Order Management, Finance, and Master Data modules.
ERP implementations, data governance, and finance automation.
Continuous improvement initiatives


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field
