Accentuate Staffing a leading commercial HVAC company in the Raleigh area who is hiring a Sheet Metal Mechanic Lead to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering excellent benefits, working Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:30pm.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.








Responsibilities:

Mechanic Lead will lay out mechanical systems according to blueprints
Lead will install commercial mechanical systems such as rooftop and split system equipment, central air handling equipment, exhaust fans, ductwork, etc.
Lead will set up and break down equipment at the beginning and end of each shift
Lead will review job plans, specifications, coordinate tools, crane rentals necessary for project
Lead will attend jobsite meetings, coordinate with subcontractors, monitor jobsite safety

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10 plus years sheet metal experience in commercial sheet metal installation with 1 year leadership background
Candidates must have a background installing mechanical systems
Candidates must be able to operate forklifts and heavy equipment
Candidates must have excellent problem solving and team management skills
Candidates must have a valid drivers license
