Be the Host of your boutique as the Boutique Director in our brand-new F&B Boutique located in Chestnut Hill, Boston, MA. What i mpact y ou c an c reate at CHANEL : Team Development Ensure continuous growth and development of boutique staff with a focus on succession planning and career development. Create and drive development plans. Oversee annual review process for all store employeesLeverage fluency in product, service, and artistry skills to coach and support the boutique team, elevating their skills and expertise to deliver an exceptional client experienceFacilitate regular team communication sessions to ensure seamless communication of promotional activity, performance to goal, corporate initiatives, and any other important topicsProactively identify, address, and resolve employee issues in a professional manner and in accordance with CHANEL standards, policies, and procedures; Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through 105,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay will be offered for this position. Other components will include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks .
