Position SummaryReporting to the General Counsel, the Vice President of Corporate Compliance is a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust corporate compliance program for Ralliant, in collaboration with compliance professionals across Ralliant's business segments. This individual ensures the organization adheres to legal standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies while promoting a culture of ethics and integrity. The VP of Corporate Compliance will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to mitigate risk, drive and support a culture of integrity, and guide the organization through complex compliance or enforcement matters.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Compliance Leadership

  • Develop and execute the organization's compliance strategy, aligning it with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of compliance frameworks, systems, and policies across global operations.
  • Regularly update the board, audit committee, and executive leadership.
  • Establish clear performance indicators and objectives for measuring compliance effectiveness.Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to FCPA, EU Whistleblower Directive, and other relevant laws.
    • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
    • Oversee compliance audits, investigations, and remediation plans.Program Development and Implementation
      • Establish policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance with ethical and legal standards.
      • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees and leadership.
      • Maintain a global concern reporting system; ensure prompt and robust investigation of concerns raised.
      • Lead an annual enterprise-wide risk assessment program.
      • Design and implement compliance monitoring and auditing.Reporting and Communication
        • Maintain clear and transparent reporting mechanisms for compliance concerns and violations.
        • Provide guidance and reports to senior leadership, the board, and the audit committee on compliance matters and emerging risks.
        • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies.
        • Participate in quarterly reviews with external auditors.Team Leadership and Collaboration
          • Build and lead a high-performing compliance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
          • Partner with business leaders across functions to integrate compliance into daily operations.Candidate ProfileRalliant seeks an intellectually curious compliance leader with deep experience in regulatory compliance, internal policies and procedures, reporting, and disclosures. The role requires a strong leader with vision and passion to build and transform the organization for the future.Required Qualifications
            • 10+ years of progressive experience in an in-house legal compliance role, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
            • Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of effective corporate compliance programs.
            • Proven ability to manage global compliance programs in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment.
            • Expertise in responding to regulatory inquiries and managing enforcement actions.
            • Bachelor's degree and JD required.
            • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FCPA, EU Whistleblower Directive).
            • Knowledge of government contracting and compliance is a plus.
            • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
            • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
            • A continuous improvement mindset - knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN, Agile, TPS preferred.
            • Knowledge of data privacy requirements and labor and employment sensitivities in complex cross-border investigations.
            • Expertise in analyzing and interpreting data.
            • Ability to work in a lean and highly matrixed environment.
            • Awareness of and demonstrated sensitivity to global cultures.
            • High ethical standards and commitment to fostering a culture of integrity.
