A company is looking for a Director of Practice Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee revenue cycle management and billing operations to ensure
accurate claims submission and efficient payment processing
Monitor RCM performance metrics and provide actionable insights to
leadership
Manage provider enrollment, licensure, and credentialing processes
to ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
Administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, including
back-office management
Strong knowledge of healthcare billing systems and provider
enrollment tools
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage
cross-functional teams
In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and industry best
practices for RCM and compliance
