• Fundraising Strategy Development: Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital for real estate projects.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions and project evaluations.
• Budgeting and Reporting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the real estate division.
• Communication: Communicate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with company goals.
• Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that may impact financing and investment opportunities.
• Prepare Consolidated Statements: Prepare consolidated financial statements for the company's real estate portfolio to provide insight into financial performance.
• Optimize Investment Strategies: Optimize investment strategies to assess risk and return profiles, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.
• Report Preparation: Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to stakeholders and the executive team.
• Due Diligence Management: Manage due diligence processes for potential real estate acquisitions and developments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on real estate.
  • Proven track record of raising capital and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
