Senior Product Manager to join our team and oversee AI product
capabilities across our entire platform and portfolio.If you're

to hear from you.Job Summary:As a Senior Product Manager overseeing
AI product capabilities, you will play a key role in driving the
strategy, vision, and execution of AI across our entire product
ecosystem. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional
teams, including engineering, research, design, marketing, and
customer success, to define and deliver innovative AI solutions
that solve real world challenges faced by our customers, drive user
adoption, and meet both business and customer needs.This is a
highly strategic role that requires a deep understanding of AI
technologies, user needs, and the ability to own the complete AI
product lifecycle across a diverse range of on-premise and SaaS
products.NOTE: The Candidate must reside in The United States or
Canada.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Vision: Partner with engineering leaders in AI to
own the overall AI product strategy across the entire platform and
product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and
customer needs. Develop and communicate a clear vision for AI
capabilities and identify key areas for innovation and
differentiation that takes user needs and AI research into
consideration.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of
contact for all AI-related initiatives, providing leadership and
clear direction to cross-functional teams. Work with leadership and
stakeholders to ensure buy-in and alignment on AI product
initiatives.
- Ownership & Execution: Own the AI product portfolio, across the
entire product lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and high
user adoption. Partner closely with engineering and research to run
0-to-1 experiments on AI concepts that solve emerging user
challenges and push the boundaries of what's possible.
- User Adoption & Engagement: Drive adoption of AI-driven
features, ensuring seamless integration into the user experience
and ongoing user satisfaction. Work collaboratively with
Engineering to make data-driven decisions on AI model/capability
improvements and optimizations.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends
and conduct competitive analysis to understand the evolving AI
landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation. Gather
insights from customers, industry experts, and internal teams to
shape AI product offerings and inform future roadmaps.
- Travel: 20%.Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2
years focused on AI/ML products. Proven track record of
successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycles across complex
product portfolios.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, their application to
real-world problems, and their business impact. Experience in
managing AI product strategy and roadmaps with a focus on user
adoption, product growth, and business outcomes.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to lead
cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability
to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
- A "think outside the box" Leader who embodies and demonstrates
an ownership mindset.
- A true sense of customer empathy - recognizing & caring
genuinely about the motivations, challenges & frustrations of our
customers & advocating for solutions to resolve them.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish and deliver world-class
user experiences in partnership with design teams.
- Experience with understanding, balancing and delivering upon
the needs of multiple user personas within a single software
product.
- Creating trust & strong relationships with various
cross-functional teams from Engineering to Sales.
- Experience working in agile development environments and using
product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and others.Nice
To Have:
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in a technology related
field.
- Involved with early/growth stage SaaS software products.
- Experience in leading AI-powered products.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services related to AI/ML
(e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).Compensation & Benefits:
- The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which
the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may
vary depending on location and job-related factors such as
qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are

role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the
range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary
+ variable).Compensation Range:
- MIN: $128,800 - MID: $161,000 - MAX: $193,200 USD
- MIN: $107,200 - MID: $134,000 - MAX: $160,800 CADMagnet
