Executive Director of Physical Therapy ServicesRaleigh Orthopaedic is a leading provider of comprehensive orthopedic care, dedicated to providing exceptional care and improving the quality of life for our patients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director of Physical Therapy Services to lead our diverse team of Therapists, including Physical, Hand, and Sport Therapists.Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the physical therapy department, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage a large team of Therapy providers, providing leadership, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance departmental efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless integration of services.
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain budgetary control, ensuring the department operates within allocated resources while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within a physical therapy or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy practices, techniques, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a large team, with a track record of achieving clinical and operational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
