The Clinic Director will be responsible for day-to-day operations and oversight of the clinic. This position will take responsibility for meeting client and staff needs in the clinic while also working directly with the Clinical Director and Central Office in order to ensure highest quality services are rendered in this setting. Above and beyond Therapy BCBAs deliver individually tailored treatment plans with compassion in homes, schools, and our conveniently located state of the art centers.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and Duties - Clinic DirectorOversee daily operations of the clinicMaintain a caseload of 4-6 clients (clinic-based)Demonstrate professional behavior and develop a culture in alignment with company values.Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessmentsProvide clinical oversight for clients and staff within the clinic settingIdentify areas for professional growth/development for clinic staffAssist in provision of services to clients receiving services in the clinic that are part of other BCBAs caseloads when neededWork with Central Office and the leadership team to communicate closures or changes in hours due to extenuating circumstancesWork directly with Clinical Director to help proactively meet needs of the clinic as well as all staff within the clinicRespond in a timely and professional manner (within 24 business hours) to inquiries from clients and staffCoordinate consistent schedules of opening and closing the clinic with staff, ensuring a BCBA will be scheduled to be on site during all hours of operationJob Requirements:Valid BCBA Certificate with 3 plus years BCBA experienceExperience working with Children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilitiesStrong written and vocal communication skillsStrong organization skills and the ability to delegateAbility to work collaboratively with othersAbility to provide effective feedback and oversightAbility to oversee a small caseloadFlexibility within schedule to make adjustments as neededAbility to remain mindful and efficient with timeOur benefits include:Manageable case loadsFree Health, Dental, vision, and Life insurance!Paid Maternity leave401K dollar for dollar matchFlexible schedule, generous PTO, and paid holidaysFree CEUsClient materials reimbursementUtilization bonus potential per pay period (realistic opportunities - uncapped)Referral bonusScheduleMonday to Friday, on site 40 hours per week.Weekends as neededTravel requirement:Up to 25% travelLicense/Certification:BCBA (Required)by Jobble
