CNA, Full-timeTransitions LifeCare is hiring immediately. As one
of the communitys industry leaders, we provide exceptional home
health, hospice, and palliative care services throughout our
8-county territory. Transitions LifeCares goal is to care for
individuals and families with compassion, support, and expertise as
they navigate the end of life or life changing illness.Hiring for

Counties:WakeDurhamJohnstonFranklinHarnettOrangeChathamThe schedule
for this position is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm; rotating weekends

Nursing Assistant (CNA) has the following:Caring and compassionate

supervisorRequirements:Current CNA listing with NC Home Health Aide
RegistryMust have reliable transportationHospice or home health
experience preferredMust submit and pass all applicable
