RN- Clinical Educator PRN at Wilson Medical Center summary:
The RN-Clinical Educator PRN is responsible for coordinating the training of nursing and ancillary staff to ensure compliance with educational requirements and professional standards. This role requires effective communication and teaching skills, particularly in the context of geriatric care, and involves performing additional departmental duties as needed. Candidates must possess an active RN license and have one to two years of professional nursing experience.
Description:
Under the general supervision of the education manager and according to established policies and procedures, works with and coordinates the training of other nursing and ancillary personnel to maintain educational requirements and professional standards. Work is of a confidential nature. Performs other duties of the department as required.Qualifications:

Minimum Education
Graduation from a school of nursing with unrestricted or active current NC or multistate RN licensure required. One to two years of professional nursing experience is required.





Required Skills
. The employee must have the ability to understand, communicate and teach effectively regarding the unique needs of geriatric patients. Current BLS certification required, or obtained during first week of hire.
