Job Description:
12-month contract, with the potential for extension, or
conversion to full-time, based on performance and client need.
The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with the Recruiting
Coordinator Manager and enterprise Recruiters to support all
administrative processes relevant to professional, technical, and
non-exempt recruiting for the client companies. The Recruiting
Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless and compliant
interview and selection process for each open position. In this
position, you will be responsible for ensuring the administrative
recruiting methodology and processes are consistent and
equitable.
