Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to
support HR initiatives and foster a positive working
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the HR team to lead HR objectives and programs,
including performance management and employee relations
Provide support as a business partner to employees and leadership,
addressing and resolving employee relations issues
Execute performance management guidance and coaching for leaders,
including disciplinary actions and career development
Required Qualifications
Experience as an HR Business Partner in a fully remote, high-growth
company
Expertise in HR policies and procedures, with a focus on scalable
HR solutions for Go to Market Teams
Proven ability to influence mid-level to C-level executives
Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying
opportunities
Self-driven and motivated with a track record of contributing to
team success
