Job Description:
A company is looking for a Gen AI Tester - Immediate
joiners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test strategies and plans for generative AI
models, focusing on accuracy and relevance
Conduct model evaluations using performance metrics and validate
outputs for coherence and consistency
Perform continuous testing post-deployment to monitor model
performance and identify retraining needs
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience in testing generative AI models, including
language and image generators
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience with AI/ML
testing frameworks and tools
Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java for
automated testing
Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML deployment and API testing
Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail
