Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Node.JS Developer to join their fast-growing start-up specializing in healthcare communication technology.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop the backend infrastructure of the technology platform
Mentor and develop junior team members
Collaborate with agile development teams to improve back-end code quality and build new features

Required Qualifications

8+ years of backend development experience, with expertise in Node.js and TypeScript
Strong experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design
Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub messaging systems
Proficiency in database design and optimization
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools
