Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network and system performance.
Manage and maintain server infrastructure, virtualization environments, and cloud-based services.
Perform system upgrades, patch management, and security updates to maintain operational efficiency.
Administer and support identity management, user access control, and security protocols.
Monitor, analyze, and document system performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
Collaborate with IT vendors and internal teams to implement infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of hands-on experience in system administration, preferably in an enterprise environment.
Expertise in Windows Server & Client Operating Systems and Office 365 Administration.
Proficiency with VMware and virtualization technologies for system management.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, Cisco Networking, VPN, and MFA.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Ability to manage security measures, disaster recovery planning, and endpoint protection.
Preferred certifications: Microsoft, Linux, or relevant IT security certifications.
