Location: This role is open for three locations, Petersburg, VA, 23805, Plainsboro, NJ 08536, Clayton, NC, 27527



Summary:

This is a professional talent acquisition screener position. The ideal candidate will have held recent position(s) focused on Recruiting, Sourcing or candidate screening as a specialty.



Job Responsibilities:

Partners with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to provide phone screening support for high-volume positions across multiple business units. Including but not limited to:Sales
Manufacturing & Quality
Clinical Trial Operations
Field Medical Affairs





Qualification:

A bachelor's degree preferred
A minimum of 3 years of working experience with at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition
Experience working in pharmaceutical/consumer goods or like industries
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to learn and utilize an applicant tracking system.
Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and federal/state legislation.
Ability to use behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment tools and processes.



Preferred Skills:

Reviews candidates in ATS and identifies candidate short-list to share with Lead Recruiter for review.
Conducts detailed phone screens and provides summary and overall recommendation to Lead Recruiter.
Uploads phone screen documents into candidate profile in ATS.
Adheres to the identified recruitment process. Ensure that recruiters are continuously updated on status of openings.
Ensures Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing/reporting compliance with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs.



Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
