Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Specialist responsible for
monitoring and improving staff capability and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for internal competency of Inpatient/Outpatient Coding
staff
Develop and deliver orientation and ongoing skill-based training
for associates
Complete quality assurance processes and communicate findings to
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in Inpatient/Outpatient Coding
review
Expert in ICD-10 coding and guidelines
Proficient in Inpatient/Outpatient industry regulations and
guidelines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Advanced clinical degree and active clinical license preferred
