Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workflow Specialist for its SEAL
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support daily operations and workflows, ensuring timely
case readings by radiologists
Proactively monitor capacity versus demand, identifying issues and
distributing cases to appropriate radiologists
Review key metrics to identify trends, develop action plans, and
implement workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a health-related or information technology
field preferred
4+ years of job-relevant experience
Intermediate skills in MS Excel
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple
tasks
Demonstrated self-direction and the ability to maintain
confidentiality
