Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pre-move Coordinator (HHG Military
Move) to support the Operations team in managing household goods
shipments for military relocations.
Key Responsibilities
Review and amend premove surveys for accuracy and process
information for special services
Respond to inquiries from service providers and military bases,
ensuring timely communication
Maintain accurate records of all contacts and utilize various
systems to manage requests
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
1+ year of operations experience, preferably in military relocation
of household goods
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Familiarity with basic computer skills
