Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with
business priorities
Lead, develop, and scale a team of recruiters, ensuring strong
execution and accountability
Implement employer brand strategies and maintain a structured
hiring process to enhance candidate experience
Required Qualifications
12+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role in high-growth tech startups
Experience leading a TA team of 15+ and successfully scaling
recruiting functions
Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and
measuring success
Skilled at advising senior leaders and aligning hiring strategies
with business objectives
Experienced in executing employer branding initiatives to attract
top talent
