Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Outreach Representative to connect with customers and collect authentic reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging phone interviews with customers to gather feedback
Ensure collected feedback meets quality standards and maintain professionalism
Meet daily and weekly goals for completed reviews and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Google Drive apps (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Ability to multitask effectively during conversations
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
Adaptability to different personalities and situations
Results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
