Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Coordinator II to support
member outreach and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic and written outreach to members not actively
working with a Care Coordinator
Research missing member information, manage inquiries, and
collaborate with care coordinators
Promote the organization's mission and maintain confidentiality of
privileged information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree
preferred
2+ years of related work experience
Experience in customer service, call center, managed care, or
healthcare environments preferred
