Job Description:
Position Summary:The Executive Talent Acquisition Business Partner will spearhead Ralliant's executive search strategy, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier leadership talent. You will drive the search for C-level, VP, and senior leadership roles, shaping the future of Ralliant. This role will design and implement a best-in-class executive candidate journey, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from attraction to onboarding.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global executive search strategies and high-profile hiring initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to define talent needs and succession plans, leveraging internal talent pipelines.
- Build relationships with external search firms and executive talent networks.
- Build a comprehensive executive leadership talent community.
- Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools, automation, and predictive
analytics for hiring decisions and implement AI-driven hiring
insights to optimize decision-making.Qualifications:Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology,
Business, or a related field required.Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in executive recruiting and leadership hiring.
- Deep expertise in executive search methodologies and senior stakeholder management.
- Leverage data-driven insights to craft agile hiring forecasts for executive roles, aligning with Strategic Workforce Plans (SWPs) from OpCos. Proactively cultivate internal leadership pipelines and build strategic external talent networks to ensure a steady flow of top executive talent.
- Strong ability to influence and drive high-impact hiring decisions.
- Skilled in creating an exclusive in-house agency experience for
hiring managers and executive candidates.Skills:
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellence.
- Business Acumen & Passion for Our Industry - Deep understanding of organizational goals, market trends, and business priorities, with enthusiasm for driving talent operations and employer branding initiatives that fuel Ralliant's growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executives and cross-functional global teams.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR analytics tools, and LinkedIn.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track executive
recruiting specific KPIs and implement improvements.Bonus or
Equity:This position is also eligible for bonus and equity as part
of the total compensation package.Pay Range:The salary range for
this position (in local currency) is 111,500.00 - 207,100.00.
