Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Adjuster - Consultant I to
provide customer service and manage vehicle repair claims
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Virtually inspect vehicle damage and write repair estimates
Negotiate settlements with customers and repair facilities
Document claims accurately and maintain communication with
customers
Required Qualifications
12 months or more experience in writing auto collision
estimates
Experience with auto estimating programs (e.g., CCC One, Mitchel,
Audatex)
Ability to obtain an adjuster's license within 60 days of hire
Must maintain all required licenses and complete continuing
education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications
preferred
