Job Description:

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Executive Operations Consultant to join a leading company in Raleigh, NC. This role will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current state of companies products and services to produce a detailed business plan to guide future strategy. This business plan will outline opportunities for growth and strategies for achieving financial sustainability that position company to meet market demands, expand revenue potential, and deliver consistent value to customers and stakeholders. This is a 6-month long project.

Responsibilities:

Track record of business planning and development success with measurable outcomes.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team; work well in partnership with various staff and other organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor solutions and address client challenges.



Experience:

At least 10 years of relevant commercial strategy, business development and/or product management experience.
Successful track record of crafting and executing strategic and tactical plans, including marketing and communications, business cases, and financial modeling with measurable results.
Experience drafting and negotiating external partnership contracts and managing contract compliance and customer relationships.
Experience collaborating with C-suite executives to ensure alignment between organizations strategic planning and organizational vision.
Development of new markets/products/events through market research.
Experience in SaaS strategy, revenue models, and execution, preferred.
