Schedule:

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct market research to determine property value
--- Create listings and market properties for sale
--- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with buyers and sellers
--- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties
--- Stay current on real estate market trends and regulations

Qualifications:
--- Real Estate License
--- Proficiency in MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
--- Strong verbal and written communication skills
--- Customer empathy and problem-solving skills
