About the Role: As a Building Automation Sales Engineer, you will be the driving force behind securing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with commercial and industrial clients in your assigned markets. You'll tap into your expertise in large-scale HVAC systems and mechanical solutions to offer personalized, consultative recommendations. Your focus will be on understanding your clients' needs and delivering value-driven solutions while building long-lasting partnerships.     • 3+ years of experience delivering successful mechanical solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
    • In-depth knowledge of Building Automation and mechanical systems , including Chillers, VRF systems, Boilers, WSHPs, AHUs, RTUs, CRAC units, Ductwork, Piping & Fittings, and Direct Digital Controls.
    • Proven experience in estimating, presenting, and closing large-scale solutions .
    • Strong skills in qualifying prospects , building relationships, and creating customized proposals .
    • Expertise in "trusted advisor" and ROI-focused sales techniques .
    • A passion for customer relationship management , strong negotiation abilities , and a goal-oriented approach.
    • Ability to work independently, manage schedules efficiently, and consistently meet productivity goals.
    • A team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with vendor relationships , proposal writing , and contract review .
