Compensation
--- $123,500+ At-Plan Commission annually.

Responsibilities:
--- Manage a pipeline of motivated buyers and sellers - no cold
calling required.
--- Accurately price and position homes to attract strong
offers.
--- Create compelling listings and marketing campaigns with full
team support.
--- Negotiate winning deals and guide clients seamlessly through
every stage of the transaction.
--- Stay sharp: constantly study local market trends, pricing
strategies, and neighborhood activity.
--- Deliver a 5-star client experience that creates referrals and
repeat business.
Qualifications:
--- Active North Carolina Real Estate License.
--- Proficiency using MLS and CRM platforms.
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
--- Proven ability to manage client relationships with a
