Job Summary -Develops, recommends, and executes core business
strategies to foster growth for the organization and Farm to Family
brands. Manages marketing mix elements, refines product offerings,
identifies sales opportunities, and creates data-informed selling
stories. Oversees and guides multiple project teams, requiring
strong collaboration with cross-functional partners. Additionally,
this position is crucial in ensuring consistent brand messaging and
positioning across all marketing channels, utilizing expertise in
brand management, consumer behavior, and market trends. -Key
Responsibilities -Formulates and executes annual marketing plans
for the company and Farm to Family brands, ensuring alignment with
the organization's goals to maximize profitability and brand
growth.Oversees the design and quality of assigned products to
consistently meet brand standards and fulfill the brand
promise.Evaluates syndicated data monthly to anticipate trends,
assess strategic implications, and guide new product
development.Guides collaboration with R&D and cross-functional
teams for line extensions and continuous product
improvement.Directs category management efforts in collaboration
with other marketing teams to identify opportunities and assess
threats, reinforcing the company's position as a leader in the
protein industry.Establishes strategic direction through briefs for
media planning, custom research, public relations (PR), packaging,
and promotions within the fresh raw turkey segment, ensuring
alignment with overall brand positioning.Partners closely to ensure
category consumer communications are both effective and aligned
with target audience needs, while also supporting broader
Masterbrand strategies.Assesses creative concepts and media plans
against strategic briefs, overseeing their execution to ensure
alignment with brand goals.Fosters strong relationships with
business leaders and sales teams by preparing impactful sales
presentations, participating in sales calls, and facilitating open
communication for effective problem-solving.Collaborates
cross-functionally to review sales and financial data, identifying
customer issues and opportunities while monitoring overall business
health.Assists with defining and overseeing the development of
private label opportunities, guiding all private label
initiatives.Manages A&P (advertising & promotion) budget,
maximizing short term and long-term business growth with strategic
investments. -Minimum Qualifications (Educations & Experience) -
-Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent (i.e., Business,
Marketing, etc.)5+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge,
skills, and abilities to succeed in the role -Butterball Core

-Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -Advanced degree such
as MBAExperience using CircanaExperience in industries such as
Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing, or Retail -Physical Demands
-While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be
regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel,
and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone,
keyboard, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust
focus. -Working Conditions -Work is performed in a
climate-controlled office environment.The noise level of the
environment is usually moderate.Required travel up to 25% of the
time.
