A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal - U.S. Sales
Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal assistance in areas such as medical device sales and
commercial sales agreements
Review, edit, and negotiate commercial contracts and related
documents
Collaborate with various teams to improve and harmonize contracting
processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate with 4+ years of legal
experience; or an advanced degree with 2+ years of legal
experience
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreement
types
Paralegal Certificate is preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working independently in a collaborative environment
