Accentuate staffing is assisting a manufacturing company who is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits working a 12-hour rotating day or night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to enhance equipment reliability.
Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems to support facility operations.
Utilize diagnostic tools such as multi-meters and amp meters to identify electrical faults.
Repair or replace faulty components, including motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
Review and prioritize work orders, addressing urgent maintenance needs as required.
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including LO/TO procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.



Qualifications:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical role.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Candidates must be proficient in using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting equipment failures.
Candidates must have the ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.

An associate's degree in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
