Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Expert -
Phone Intake.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients needing home
healthcare services
Handle approximately 60-65 incoming calls daily, assisting with
both basic and complex inquiries
Collect and enter clinical and demographic information into the
company portal
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of customer service experience in a call center
environment
1 year of experience in the healthcare or medical industry with
knowledge of medical terminology
Intermediate keyboarding abilities (minimum 30 WPM) and proficiency
in navigating dual monitors and multiple applications
Basic PC skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
applications
